1Will I have same carer everyday?
We can not guarantee same carer everyday due to sick leaves, annual leave but would provide competent carer and well trained to visit and support you, we offer care from 15minutes to 24 hours. Feel free to tell us your needs, we use person centred approach.
2Will I get help with my medication?
If you required help to remind you of your medication care staff would be happy to remind you at each visit.
3How will I know Eureka Care Services carer?
All our carers wear photo ID badge and uniform with name of the agency on it. If you in doubt phone is straight away.
4How will I pay for my home care?
You can contact is to speak to you explain fee and funding in details. You can pay privately with your budget or you can apply for funding to social services.
5What do I need at interview?
Your passport or photo ID from EU country, British birth certificate, proof of address e.g utility bills phone/gas, bank statement, proof of national insurance number e.g NI letter, P45, P60, Certificate- moving and handling, CPR, first aid, food hygiene, current DBS certificate that is registered on the update service.
6When will I get paid?
Weekly pay every Friday (one week in arrears)submit your time sheet. Except bank/public holiday we would advised of pay date in advance.
7What are time sheet for?
Timesheet are to be used to record hours of work done and get it signed by clients manager/ senior member of staff, submitted to the office for payment every Monday 11am emailed Timesheet, post or fax to the office every Monday by 11am to be process for payment on Friday.
